1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Cog-niFlow.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cog-niFlow.AI is an AI-powered productivity assistant that helps you manage tasks, projects, goals, and focus sessions. The Service includes features such as brain dump processing, energy tracking, optional Google Calendar integration for smarter scheduling, calendar event import from uploaded files, and AI-generated recommendations. Some features are available only on paid subscription plans.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access unauthorized data, interfering with Service security, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or uploading malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including documents, tasks, and notes. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. AI-Generated Content
Recommendations and summaries generated by the AI are provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated suggestions at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cog-niFlow.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
