1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Cog-niFlow.AI is designed with privacy first. You may optionally connect your Google Calendar so the assistant can see your meetings and suggest focus time blocks that avoid conflicts. Calendar integration is entirely optional — you can disconnect at any time from Settings. You are always in control of what data you share with us.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: Your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed securely by our platform provider.

Profile data: Information you provide during onboarding, such as occupation, work hours, wake-up time, and goals.

Content you create: Tasks, projects, brain dumps, goals, focus sessions, energy logs, and documents you upload.

Usage data: How you interact with the Service, used to improve recommendations and product experience.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and personalize the Service: generating AI recommendations, tracking your progress, and displaying your dashboard. We use an AI language model to process your tasks and documents for the purpose of generating summaries and suggestions. Your data is never sold to third parties.

4. AI Processing

When you use features like brain dump processing, AI recommendations, or energy-based task suggestions, your content is sent to our AI provider for processing. We use this solely to generate responses for you and do not use your data to train third-party models.

5. Calendar Data

If you connect your Google Calendar, Cog-niFlow.AI requests read-only access to your calendar events. Your event data is used solely to suggest focus time blocks that avoid conflicts with your meetings. We do not modify, create, or delete calendar events. You may disconnect your calendar at any time from Settings, which revokes our access. If you prefer not to connect your calendar, you can still upload .ics files to your Knowledge Base as an alternative.

6. Payment Data

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe securely handles all payment information. We retain your subscription status and Stripe customer ID for billing management.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data storage and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, and delete your personal data. You can delete documents from the Knowledge page, and you can request full account data deletion by contacting us. Deleting your account removes all associated data.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible under the free plan limits. Deleted content is removed from our active systems.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
